The service starts immediately after the delivery of your technical asset. Your employees are trained by our service technicians on your site.

We continue to stay your prime contact person during the run-time of the machine.

Our commitment to our customers is an immediate support in all concerns. Most problems can be solved online due to our built-in remote maintenance modules. The loss of production is thus reduced to a minimum. However, if you do need a service technician on site, we can support you immediately.

In addition, we also offer you the possibility to conclude a service contract with us. Due to regular maintenance intervals, we can reduce the failure rate on your machines to a minimum. The procurement and the fastest possible provision of necessary spare parts are also a matter of course for our service for you.

At the end of a product life cycle, we are happy to assess the condition of our technical assets and can upgrade them for your next application. Furthermore, we offer to take over the necessary modernizations or the relocation of machines to a new production facility.
